Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship your entire order as quickly as possible. Please allow one to three business days for items to arrive at our warehouse from the factory. We need 24 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping department. Please note that busy periods and sales events may affect processing time. We will keep you updated on the status of your order during the processing phase.

We ship via Yanwen, UPS, and USPS (FedEx for international deliveries).
The product price and shipping costs include taxes.

MY TRACKING NUMBERS ARE NO LONGER UPDATING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We provide tracking numbers for every order we ship. While we do our best to assist you, we are not responsible for issues with the shipping company or delivery. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot find the package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or shipping center with your tracking number for inquiries about missing deliveries. We assure you that your order is included in the package when we send it.
